Pembina Pipeline Corporation has announced that the Company has completed its previously announced acquisition of the Vantage pipeline system and Mistral Midstream Inc.'s interest in the Saskatchewan Ethane Extraction Plant (SEEP) from certain entities affiliated with Riverstone Holdings LLC.
