Pengrowth Energy Corporation has announced that it has entered into an agreement for the sale of its non-core Jenner assets in south-eastern Alberta for cash consideration of $80 million.

Pengrowth's average daily production from Jenner during the third quarter was approximately 4,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) (weighted approximately 64 percent towards liquids), with annualized third quarter cash flow of $18 million.

Proved plus probable (2P) reserves attributed to the liquidated assets were 14.1 million boe as at December 31, 2014, according to the independent reserve…
