Permian Resources said it will acquire Delaware Basin property from Occidental for a purchase price of $817.5 million. The property has ~29,500 net acres, ~9,900 net royalty acres and produces ~15,000 Boe/d predominantly located directly offset the Company’s existing position in Reeves County, Texas. The effective date of the transaction is July 1, 2024, with closing expected to occur by the end of the third quarter of 2024.
