Petrohawk Energy Corporation announced that it has completed the sale of its natural gas assets in the Fayetteville Shale, located primarily in Cleburne and Van Buren Counties, Arkansas, to XTO Energy Inc., a subsidiary of ExxonMobil, for $575 million.
