Plains All American Pipeline LP has agreed to buy energy gathering and transportation assets from Nexen Holdings USA Inc. for $210 million.
The deal with Plano-based Nexen, the U.S. office for Canada-based Nexen Inc., includes crude oil gathering and transportation assets that primarily service Bakken area producers in Northwestern North Dakota and Northeastern Montana, according to the Houston-based energy transportation company.
