Range Resources Corporation today announced that it has executed a definitive agreement to sell its West Texas Fuhrman Mascho properties located in Andrews County, Texas to Energen Resources Corporation for $182 million. After the transaction closes, Range plans to monetize certain oil hedges associated with the properties with a current mark-to-market value of approximately $8 million. The transaction is expected to close in June and is subject to standard industry closing adjustments.
