Return Energy Inc. (recently renamed Spartan Delta Corp.) has signed a deal to acquire the entire asset portfolio of Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. for $108.8 million (comprised of $87.6 million in cash plus the assumption of certain liabilities estimated to be approximately $28.1 million).
This deal closed on June 1, 2020.
Return will be acquiring the assets through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Winslow Resources Inc.
Bellatrix's AssetsBellatrix's assets are concentrated in the Spirit River area of Alberta, prospective for the Cardium.
