An undisclosed buyer has acquired DJ Basin assets in Yuma County, Colorado, from Rosetta Resources Inc., Houston, (Nasdaq: ROSE) for $55 million.
The DJ Basin assets consist of a majority working interest in approximately 69,000 net acres in Colorado.
Production as of year-end 2010 was 9 million cubic feet equivalent per day.
