SM Energy has agreed to sell off its remaining Williston Basin assets as well as its Halff East prospect in Upton County, TX in two separate deals for $292.3 million.
The buyer was not disclosed for the Upton County deal, however Petro-Hunt was listed as the buyer for the Williston Basin assets.
The sales include a total of 124,800 net acres, 30.4 MMBOE in proved reserves and 7,125 BOEPD in production (77.5% oil).
This deal closed on May 31, 2018.
