SandRidge Energy provided the following update on its NW STACK development. The company said it had secure as much as $200M in funding to drill wells in Oklahoma's STACK play.
SandRidge did not name the private investment firm, which we believe is private equity.
The details involve proving an initial $100 million to drill wells tareting the Meramec with an option for a second $100 million to cover additional drilling.
