Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. has entered into an arms-length definitive agreement to acquire assets in the Oxbow area of Southeast Saskatchewan for approximately $93 million.

Deal Details: Acreage: 288,000 net acres (450 net sections) - 88% working interest Drilling Locations: 244 booked and more than 200 un-booked locations Production: approximately 6,700 boe/d (~95% light oil and liquids)

Saturn’s Oil and Gas production will increase by more than 2,000% over current volumes while PDP reserves will grow more than 1,300% over the Company’s year end…
