Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners has signed a deal to acquire the entire asset portfolio of Oryx Southern Delaware Holdings LLC and Oryx Delaware Holdings LLC for $3.6 billion.
This deal closed on May 23, 2019.
The asset is being sold by several entities, including affiliates of Quantum Energy Partners, Post Oak Energy Capital, Concho Resources and WPX Energy.
