Storm Resources Ltd. and Bellamont Exploration Ltd. are pleased to announce they have entered into an arrangement agreement to combine both companies.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Bellamont shareholders will receive, at their election, for each common share of Bellamont ("Bellamont Share") held: (i) $0.56 cash; or (ii) 0.1445 of a Storm Share; or (iii) a combination of cash and Storm Shares.
