Synergy Resources Corporation, has closed on the purchase of certain assets from a private operator in the Wattenberg Field as previously disclosed on October 30th, 2014.
The assets include leases that are all held by production covering 5,040 gross acres (4,053 net) with rights to the Codell and Niobrara formations.
