Talos Energy Inc. has entered into a series of definitive agreements to acquire various assets in the Gulf of Mexico from affiliates of ILX Holdings, Castex Energy and Venari Resources for $640 million.
This deal closed on March 2, 2020.
The assets being acquired by Talos includes producing assets, exploration prospects and acreage.
The deal is comprised of three separate transactions:
