Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd. has inked two acquisitions in Alberta for a total purchase price of $74.0 million.
The sellers are Woodcote Oil Corp. and Highwood Oil Co., who received $33.2 million and $40.8 million, respectively.
The assets being acquired are located in the Clearwater oil play in the Greater Nipisi area along with interests in the Jarvie area of Alberta:
