Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC today announced that on December 2, 2009 it closed its previously announced acquisition of certain producing oil and natural gas properties in the Permian Basin from private sellers. After preliminary purchase price adjustments based on an effective date of October 1, 2009, Vanguard paid $55 million in cash.
