On March 4, 2020, W&T Offshore Inc. recently signed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire the remaining 25% working interest in the Magnolia Field area of the GOM friom ConocoPhillips.
The terms are nearly identical to its December 2019 acquisition of interest in Magnolia Field, which included a purchase price of $20 million in cash.
