Williams and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) announced a JV that will optimize their Marcellus / Utica midstream assets.
This deal was finalized on June 17, 2019.
The US$3.8 billion JV will include Williams’ 100% owned Ohio Valley Midstream system (OVM) and 100% of Utica East Ohio Midstream system (UEO).
