Continental Mulling Sale of Water Infrastructure Assets

emailEmail    |    printPrint    |    Tuesday,October 08,2019

Continental Resources is considering selling off its stake in a non-controlled water infrastructure business, according to a report by Bloomberg.

The company's water assets currently operate in both the Anadarko and Williston basins. Continental estimates that a sale of the asset could fetch up to $1.0 billion.

This wouldn't be the first water-related deal for Continental - back in July 2019, the company sold a part of its STACK water infrastructure to Lagoon Water Solutions for $85MM.
