Noble Energy Shareholders Approve Merger with Chevron

Noble Energy Shareholders approved the acquisition of the company by Chevron Corp.

The deal will see Chevron the second largest shale producer second to EOG Resources.  The all stock, no premium deal was announced earlier this year.
