SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 8, 2012-- Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (NASDAQ:AXAS) today announced that it has entered into a letter of intent to dissolve its Eagleford joint venture, Blue Eagle Energy LLC.
