Argent Energy (US) Holdings Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, has entered into a binding agreement with an effective date of September 1, 2013, to acquire producing petroleum properties in Wyoming from a private company, with closing expected to occur on October 25, 2013 for a purchase price of approximately US$105 million (net of closing adjustments). 

The Acquired Assets are principally oil properties in Campbell, Johnson, Crook , Weston and Niobrara counties in Wyoming . Wyoming borders on Colorado where the Trust also has producing assets, thus providing a contiguous corridor…
