Aurora Oil & Gas Ltd is pleased to announce that it has completed the compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares in Eureka Energy Limited. Aurora is now the registered holder of 100% of Eureka's issued share capital. Eureka will request removal from the official list of the ASX.
The former shareholders of Eureka whose shares have been compulsorily acquired will shortly receive a form to allow them to claim the consideration for their shares which is currently held in trust.
