Baytex Energy Corp. has announced the closing of its previously announced acquisition of all of the shares of Aurora Oil & Gas Limited pursuant to a scheme of arrangement under Australian law.
Concurrent with closing of the Arrangement, the monthly dividend on our common shares will increase by 9% to $0.24 from $0.22 per share. This increased dividend level will be effective in respect of June operations and will be paid on July 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2014.
