Cardinal Energy Ltd. has agreed to acquire Venturion Oil Limited, a privately held company, for a purchase price of approximately $47.5 million.
The consideration will consist of approximately 6.3 million Cardinal common shares ($19.6 million) and approximately $27.9 million of cash.
