Goodrich Petroleum Corporation and Chesapeake Energy Corporation today announced they have entered into a joint venture to develop Goodrich's Haynesville Shale acreage in the Bethany-Longstreet and Longwood fields of Caddo and DeSoto Parishes, Louisiana.
