Clayton Williams has closed its previously announced transaction to sell all of the Company's assets in the Giddings Area in East Central Texas for $400 million.
The Company expects to use the proceeds from the sale to fund development in the Delaware Basin and to repay a portion of its outstanding indebtedness.
