Crescent Point Energy Corp. has entered a deal to sell certain southeast Saskatchewan conventional assets for total cash consideration of approximately $159 million (C$212 million). 

The buyer was not disclosed.

This deal closed on October 18, 2019.

The conventional assets being sold include approximately 7,000 boe/d of current production (70% crude oil and 85% total liquids) and 49.2 MMboe of 2P reserves.

The transaction metrics are approximately as follows:
