EnerJex Resources, Inc., a pure-play domestic onshore oil company, announced today that it has acquired multiple oil related assets valued at approximately $25 million through the issuance of $18.3 million of EnerJex’s common stock based on a price of $0.40 per share, $4.8 million of EnerJex newly authorized Series A Preferred Stock with a conversion price of $1.00 per share, and $1.5 million in cash. The preferred stock will automatically convert into common stock once cumulative preferred distributions reach $4.8 million.
