In its Q2 2019 report, Gulfport Energy Corp. announced that it has sold its Southern Louisiana assets to an undisclosed buyer for a total consideration of $54.1 million.

Net production from the assets averaged 1.5 MBoe per day during the six-months ended June 30, 2019, less than 1% of the Company's production during that period.

Gulfport's remaining assets are located in the SCOOP and Utica plays.

Transaction Terms
