Jones Energy has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire producing and undeveloped oil and gas assets in the Anadarko Basin for $27.1 million, subject to customary closing adjustments.
The assets to be acquired include approximately 26,000 net acres in Lipscomb and Ochiltree Counties in the Texas Panhandle. The Company expects to fund the acquisition with cash on hand, and anticipates the transaction will close by the end of August.
