Jones Energy II, Inc. has agreed to be acquired by Revolution II WI Holding Company, LLC, an affiliate of Mountain Capital Partners, LP, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $201.5 million.
This deal closed on January 7, 2020.
Jones Energy's assets are focused in the Anadarko Basin. Last year, Revolution acquired Gastar's Hunton Lime assets in the Midcontinent - so this deal with Jones adds to its holdings in the area.
