Krewe Energy has made a deal with Hilcorp Energy for the acquisition of West Little Lake Field.
The West Little Lake Field is located adjacent to Krewe’s currently operated Little Lake Field in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. The transaction will provide operational synergies in one of Krewe’s core asset areas of South Louisiana.
The acquisition has increased Krewe’s lease position in the Little Lake Field area to approximately 2,200 acres. The West Little Lake Field provides an immediate production increase, along with upside opportunities that are economic in today’s current price environment.
