Memorial Production Partners LP has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain oil and gas producing properties in East Texas and North Louisiana from its sponsor, Memorial Resource Development LLC, for a purchase price of $200 million, which includes $4 million of net working capital and other customary purchase price adjustments.
