Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company plc has entered into a farm-in agreement to acquire 100% interest in Paw Paw Prospect, located in the Big Horn Basin, Wyoming, the US, from Koch Exploration Company, LLC, an oil and gas company and subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc.

Under the terms, to earn the interest, Nostra Terra will fund the US$1.2 MM cost of the first well on the prospect. Koch will retain overriding royalty interest. The Paw Paw Prospect covers an area of approximately 2,440 net acres.
