Red Wolf Natural Resources, LLC has acquired approximately 56,000 net acres and associated production in Oklahoma’s SCOOP, STACK and Merge plays as well as the broader Anadarko Basin.
The seller or terms of the deal were not disclosed, however Shale Experts was able to confirm the seller was Apache based on well transfer data from the Oklahoma.
This deal closed on July 19, 2019 with a sale price of ~$12 million.
Oklahoma City-based Red Wolf was formed in February 2019 with an equity commitment from Pearl Energy Investments.
