On April 10, 2014, Parsley Energy LLC entered into an agreement pursuant to which it acquired an option to purchase 5,040 gross (4,867 net) acres primarily in our Midland Basin-Core area for total consideration of $132.8 million (net of a $1.0 million option fee). There is de minimis production associated with this acreage.
