Resolute Energy has entered into a deal to acquire producing and undeveloped oil and gas properties in Reeves County, Texas for a purchase price of $160 million. The acreage was acquired from CPX II Operating (CP Exploration ) a Post Oak Energy Capital portfolio company.
The transaction is expected to close on or about May 15, 2017.
