According to multiple reports, Australian company Sundance Energy has acquired assets in the Eagle Ford from Pioneer Natural Resources and JV Partner Reliance (Pioneer has a 50/50 JV with Reliance Industries in the Eagle Ford). The assets are located in McMullen, Live Oak, Atascosa and La Salle counties, Texas.
Total consideration being paid for the assets is $221.5 million.
