Closing Announcement - October 8, 2015
Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC announced the closing of the previously announced merger with Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. In accordance with the terms of the merger agreement, Eagle Rock has become a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Vanguard, and Vanguard will issue approximately 28.75 million Vanguard common units in exchange for all of Eagle Rock's outstanding common units.
