Warwick Partners II, LLC, an affiliate of Warwick Energy Group, has reported the closing of its acquisition of R/C Sugarkane, LLC from Riverstone Holdings, LLC by Warwick Partners II, LLC.
The transaction will be funded by an ArcLight Capital Partners led consortium of equity investors which includes Prudential Capital Group, Kramlich Investment Company, Serengeti Asset Management, the Freeman Group and Kyle Bass with Hayman Partners.
