Bold Energy III is an independent energy company focused on the acquisition, exploitation, and development of oil and gas properties in the Greater Permian Basin of West Texas and SE New Mexico. Bold Energy III follows the previous two successful iterations of the Company. They have been structured and capitalized to focus on developing horizontal oil projects in West Texas and SE New Mexico. Their Land, Geoscience, Reservoir Engineering, Drilling Operations, and Production teams are exceptionally staffed and dedicated to building value.
Bold Energy III will conduct its business based on principles of integrity, loyalty, and professionalism. The Company seeks to partner with leaseholders, mineral owners, other operators, and partners in innovative ways to build value through win-win relationships. They are constantly looking for opportunities to partner on projects where our geological, reservoir, and operational expertise can be brought to bear for creating real value.
Bold Energy III is headquartered in Midland, Texas. It's funded by their Management Team and by EnCap Investments Capital Fund IX. EnCap Investments, based in Houston Texas, is a key provider of equity capital to the independent oil and gas industry.
