Western Gas Resources Taps Equity Market for $481MM
Western Gas Equity Partners, LP announced that Western Gas Resources, Inc., a subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, priced a previously announced underwritten offering of 12,500,000 common units.
Total gross proceeds to Western Gas Resources from the offering (before the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses) will be approximately $481 million.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering.
