After Failed Merger, Williams Simplifies Structure

Williams announced organizational changes that will simplify its structure and increase direct operational alignment to advance the Company's proven, natural gas-focused strategy and drive continued focus on customer service and execution.

By early 2017 Williams will consolidate the number of Operating Areas within the company from five to three: Atlantic-Gulf, West and Northeast Gathering & Processing.

Three Operating Areas:

1. Atlantic-Gulf: NGL & Petchem Services operations in the Gulf area, the Geismar olefins plant, the refinery grade propylene splitter and pipelines in the Gulf Coast region will be integrated into the Atlantic-Gulf Operating Area.
