Arabella Exploration, Inc. announced with regret that its Chief Financial Officer, Terry E. Sanford, has passed away.
"We are deeply saddened at Terry's passing," said Arabella Chief Executive Officer Jason Hoisager. "We offer the sincerest condolences of the entire Arabella team to his family and wish them the best during this difficult time."
The Company further announced that Mr. Hoisager would serve as interim Chief Financial Officer while it conducts a search for Mr. Sanford's replacement.
