Oasis has announced the unexpected death of its board member, Ted Collins Jr. Collins also served as a board member for RSP Permian.
Collins was appointed to Oasis's Board of Directors in February 2011 and served on the Company's Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees.
He was appointed to the RSP Permian Board of Directors of the Company in January 2014 and had a distinguished career in the oil and gas business for over 50 years.
