Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. reported its unaudited financial and operational results for the three-months ended March 31, 2015.

First Quarter Operations: On March 23, 2015, the Company announced initial production form Marathon Road 15 NC Fed #1H well (the 15NC-1H) in Lea County, New Mexico. The 15NC-1H is the third successful well drilled and completed on the Marathon Road Property and produced at an initial 24 hour gross rate of 1,203 Boe/d, which is comprised of 1,037 bbls of oil and 995 Mcf on a 19/64ths adjustable choke at 1,400 pounds per square inch flowing casing pressure.

The 15NC-1H well has since produced at a 30 day average rate of 928 Boe/d, which is comprised of 807.3 bbls of oil and 722.3 Mcf. Caza currently has a 14.7% working interest (approximate 9.534% net revenue interest) in…
