Print Concho Resources Inc. has appointed Will Giraud as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
In this new position, Mr. Giraud is responsible for the Company’s business development, legal, government relations and other administrative functions.
Mr. Giraud previously served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
In addition, the Company has appointed Travis Counts as its Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining Concho, Mr. Counts served in the legal departments of several public upstream energy companies, including his most recent position as Vice President—Legal and Deputy General Counsel of Halcon Resources Corporation.
