Donnycreek Appoints VP of Engineering

Donnycreek Energy Inc. reports that Mr. John (Jack) Marsh, P.Eng. has been appointed Vice President, Engineering effective April 1, 2013.
Mr. Marsh has been in the oil and gas business for over 36 years primarily in a reservoir and production engineering capacity. More recently, Mr. Marsh was Vice President, Engineering of a Canadian public junior oil and gas company and President of a private junior oil and gas company prior thereto.
Donnycreek also reports that in accordance with its previously approved stock option plan, the board of directors has today granted Mr. Marsh a total of 300,000 incentive stock options ("Options") to purchase common shares of the Company.
